Q: What format design file you want for printing?
A: AI; PDF; CDR; PSD; EPS.
Q: May i have new sample made with my design for confirmation?
A: Yes. We can do the high quality sample same as your design for confirmation.
Q: What about the lead time?
A: It depends on the products. Normally 3 to 5 workdays after confirmation of design file and remittance.
Q: How can i know if my goods have been shipped?
A: Detailed photos of every process will be sent to you during the production. We will supply the tracking NO. once shipped.
Q: Do you have MOQ?
A: Yes. The minimum order quantity depends on the specifications of the label sticker you want.
Q: How can you guarantee your quality? If we don't satisfied your quality,how will you do?
A: Normally we do samples for you to confirm everything ,and production will be same as samples. If you worried the quality problems, you can place the order through alibaba trade assurance, it can guarantee the quality and delivery.
