Currently, the etie car stickers available on the automobile stickers market are mainly divided into two types: engraved and printed. The production process of engraved car stickers is relatively complex. First, a cutting machine is used to cut various shapes from adhesive-backed stickers of different colors. Then, the different colored adhesive papers are layered together to form an aesthetically pleasing car decals.
Printed car stickers, on the other hand, are produced in a different way. After printing, die-cutting is performed, which involves using a mold to cut the printed patterns into the desired shapes. This method is simpler in terms of craftsmanship, but the cost increases significantly if small-batch production is required.
The production process of engraved car stickers can be divided into several steps. First, based on the customer's requirements or the designer's design, a suitable adhesive-backed sticker is selected, and the shapes to be cut are determined. Then, the sticker is fixed onto the workbench of the cutting machine, and precise cutting is performed through controlling software. After cutting, the different colored adhesive papers are layered together to create a complete pattern. Finally, the layered adhesives are applied to the car body, completing the entire production process.
In contrast, the production process of printed car stickers is simpler. First, the pattern is printed onto a transparent or colored film using a printing machine. Then, the printed pattern is die-cut to the required shape. The advantage of this craftsmanship is that it allows for mass production and is relatively low-cost. However, for small-batch production, the cost of printed stickers is relatively higher.
In summary, etie brand engraved and printed car stickers each have their own advantages. Engraved car stickers are more detailed in the production process and can achieve more complex pattern designs. Printed car stickers, on the other hand, are more cost-effective and simpler in process for batch production.
